​1. That the Ad Hoc Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that we add to the original goals of the Director.  The new goal is: To ensure that the stewardship of the Director is taking us to a balanced budget and will be reporting on what the Board will look like after balancing the budget with an estimated additional 27 million dollars less in expenditures over years two and three of the Multi Year Recovery Plan.

2. That the Ad Hoc Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that Policy H.C.06 be amended as follows: that a comprehensive appraisal review involving all levels of stakeholders be conducted every two years and in the alternate year be limited to the Board of Trustees and Associate Directors.

3.   That the Committee be authorized to prepare the Director's review survey in- house using Trustee and staff expertise.
